The room is fully furnished and has a double bed, side table, lamp, Computer/work desk, T. V., Bookshelf, wardrobe & chest of drawers. The rest of the flat is huge with a large and comfortable open plan kitchen/living area, and a massive bathroom.

The apartment has a security entrance, wireless internet, and the kitchen is fully fitted, with all essential brand new appliances.

It's a 10 -15 minute walk to Dagenham East tube station(District Line), and about a 10 min bus ride to either Romford Or Rainham Railway stations. Approx 45 mins to London commute.
Close to pubs and shops , the bus stop is right outside, we're also a short walk from the local newly built Becontree Health and Community Centre that boasts an Olympic size swimming pool and gym facilities. Only a short 5 min walk to Golds Gym.

You would be sharing the apartment with myself ,I am very friendly and easygoing. I have a busy career and an active social life, so I'm not around the flat all the time.

I'm hoping to find someone looking for short or long term stay and I am also open to short term lets from Monday to Friday as well.
