A double room to rent in my newly decorated home in a very quiet road. I live here with my cat and am looking for a single professional to share my home with. I work shifts so someone who is quiet and respectful of my space is essential.
I work shifts and am away for at least 4 days a month so you will have the flat to yourself a large proportion of the time.
The rent includes all bills excluding tv licence.
You will also have use of a annual 1-6 travel card to use on tube/bus/dlr/c2c/tfl rail and overground.
It's a 35 minute journey into Central London.
I will require one months rent in advance and ÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ £550 deposit.
