1 newly furnished good size double room is available to rent in our 3 bedroom house.
The rent is £119/week for a single person (£100/week for someone staying from Mon-Fri only) or £130/week for 2 persons including all bills.

Shared areas of the house include: one main bathroom with bath, shower, toilet; good size kitchen; spacious living & dining room; lovely garden.

Dagenham Heathway (District line) tube station, Heathway Shopping Center, other shops (Lidl, Iceland, Bakery, etc.), gym, restaurants, local buses are all within 4-5 minutes walking distance.

35-45 minutes direct commute to get to the City and Central London.

Nearby buses take you to local Asda, Argos, Aldi, etc. and connect to Barking, Romford, Ilford.
House is located on a quiet and safe street.
