Small Modern Room In Bungalow Available March

Hi I have a small modern furnished room to rent in my bungalow available in the lovely quiet and picturesque Daws Heath area of Hadleigh in Essex. It is 10 x 10 ft and has a white triple wardrobe, large white five draw chest of draws, shelving on two walls, a single wooden bed with a memory foam mattress, bedside lamp, full length mirrored wall and one other mirror, carpeted floor and rug. It is close to all amenities and has a large reasonably secluded garden with patio area. I am a sociable, friendly and reasonably quiet person and am looking for someone who would also be friendly but also respect each others privacy. Someone who leaves the place as they find it and tidies up after themselves is a must, and shares all the chores :-)

BENFLEET AND RAYLEIGH STATIONS ARE A FEW MINUTES DRIVE OR ON THE LOCAL BUS ROUTE. MALE OR FEMALE CONSIDERED. PROFESSIONAL PERSON PLEASE SORRY NO DSS.

This is a peaceful friendly household, someone who likes gardening would be a bonus but not essential, male or female.

£400 rent includes wireless broadband & all bills including council tax.

Smokers would be accepted but will need to smoke outside only please.
