The room is available immediately. I am looking for a female lodger but will consider a male. 5 minutes walk to train station and 3 minutes to beach. I have a very lovely and newly decorated large single / small double room to let. Broadband, SKY TV, washing machine, tumble drier, central heating, 2 log burners, dining room, living room, gardens. Shared bathroom with free standing bath and separate shower cubicle. I am happy to provide bedding and towels. My house has been newly renovated and is lovely. Any potential lodger must speak good English and be respectful of me and my home and keep the room clean. Vegetarian preferred but not essential. No smoking policy inside home but it would be fine to smoke outside.
