A single bedroom (bed can pull out into a double bed), available immediately, in a relaxed, cosy house. Large wardrobe space built into the wall and a fully furnished room including TV in bedroom with Sky. All bills included, the only exception is you must buy your own food and toiletries.
I am looking for a laid back, friendly person, who is comfortable living with a cat in the house.
There is off road parking available on the drive, and a bus stop going to Southend and Rayleigh less than a five minute walk away. Also there is a supermarket, and local shops within a 10 minute walk.
