Romford & Hornchurch are a short drive away, Elm Park station takes you directly into the City on the District Line. Loads of lovely local shops are a short walk away, including Tesco, Sainsburys, Costa, Morrisons and lots of independents.

The rent includes council tax, electricity, gas, water rates, TV licence and wireless broadband.
