About Room:
The room is light and airy and is spacious with double bed, desk and wardrobe! Central heated.

Shared rooms:
There is a shared kitchen and the right tenant would be able to use all facilites within the kitchen including washing machine etc..

About Property:
The property is a three bedroom terraced house with garden and patio ( nice for barbeques in the summer!) The house is fully central heated and double glazed.

Transport:
The property is located maximum 10 minutes from the Gants Hill Station or 15 mins to Newbury Park Statiom by walk. Very close to local buses (66, 296, 396 - less then a minute, 169), But there are more busses available from gants hill station (123, 128, 150, 167, 179 & 462 )

Area:
Close to local shops and supermarket ( Sainsburys and Tesco and a new Lidl) . Walking distance to the local pharmacy, post office and gym and Lloyds Bank. Most of the other banks are accessible by one bus! There is a huge park (Valentines Park) nearby for the nature lovers. Churches and temples are also walkable distance!

Currently it's myself.
I am flexible as to how the tenancy would work on a practical basis, which could be discussed with any applicant.

Preferred housemates:
No Rockstars please! ... Do not want to build any MILITARY RULES ....therefore would like someone who is mature and possibly working ).
