A single room is available in a spacious flat only five minutes walk to Gidea Park station, ideal for commuters, close to all amenities, bus stop at the end of the road. Close to tescos, butchers, bakery and many more convenience shops. Flat is beautifully decorated and consists of 2 bathrooms (1 of which is very large and will act as an en suite to the single room with sink, toilet and bath) large kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, all conveniences and has dining table. Flat also has large living room with plasma tv, sky, phone line, internet, corner sofa, dining table. The room available is a large sized single and is currently furnished with a lovely large day bed (slightly bigger than an average single bed) with a brand new mattress and a good sized wardrobe with hanging rail and storage. Alternatively room can be provided unfurnished. I currently rent the flat and occupy the main bedroom. I'm a 26 year old female, laid back easy going. I work Monday-Friday in the city and am looking for someone friendly and like-minded to share with. I enjoy watching films, cooking and socialising. Want the flat to be a home for potential sharer and would hope that they feel comfortable there. The flat is beautiful, perfect location and available at the end of the month.
