Double room in terraced house

Hi,

I have one double bedroom to rent in my three bedroom mid-terrace house. The room has wardrobes, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers. We would share an open plan kitchen/living/dining room, and a bathroom. If you have a car, you can park in the front yard.

The house is located in a quiet street, close to Lodge Farm and Raphael Parks. It's 10 mins walk to Gidea Park station (zone 6) where you can take trains (every 5 mins at peak time) to Liverpool Street for 30 mins, or Stratford for 20 mins. You can also catch the twice-an-hour fast trains from Romford, to get to Stratford in 10 mins.

You will be living with me, a 35-year-old computer programmer working in a bank, and a lady who works for a charity. Our last housemate moved out because he bought a house. I'm looking for quiet and tidy people who would appreciate a family home to replace him.

We have fibre broadband, Netflix, and a cleaner who comes every two weeks. Everything is included in the rent. Please call after 8pm, or send me a text.
