This is a newly decorated room with a shared kitchen equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, etc. The room is on the upper floor with a good view of the London city. We have a shared bath/shower and WC.

The house is very conveniently located if you need to travel to the City but at the same time being so close to the forest, means you can benefit from both worlds.

Grange Hill Station (central line) - 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by bus
The bus stop (route 362) - less than 1 minute walk
Tesco, Lloyds Bank, boots, Laundry and other shops - 7 minutes walk
Forest and play area - 4 minutes walk

The surrounding is very quiet and calm. You can enjoy the out door and forest walk, tennis and basketball courts and golf course.

It would suit someone professional or a student who wants to enjoy a peaceful life in a very quiet and clean house.
