I have a fairly large single room to let in Badgers Dene (GRAYS). It is a two bedroomed house in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has a conservatory and a garden. I also have Broadband. It is 10 minutes walk from Grays train station, as well as being close to Lakeside Shopping Centre and all the main supermarkets.
Although the rent is non-negotiable at £400 per month, I will consider Mon-Fri renters and will obviously accept a reduction in this rent to reflect this.
