The penthouse at Southend road are owned by myself and family which was a conversion build in 2016, from a large furniture shop to Luxury rooms of shared accommodation.

Being a property developer myself I wanted the place to be a one off place that didn’t look or feel like any other room share flat that is small.
We decorated the place on a modern hotel look to give all tenants a feel of luxury
The property is very modern and most of all extremely spacious.

10 minutes walk to grays train station on the C2C line into London Fenchurch street station

We have cleaners that clean the communal areas once a week that is included in the rent.
