Single room, clean and newly decorated, with use of a shared bathroom and kitchen. Has a separate lounge and dining room. The lounge is hardly used so would be free most of the time for you to use. All bills inclusive as well as internet usage. We all so have 3 chickens and 2 ducks so there is a constant flow of fresh eggs, and I grow all my own veg which you would be welcome to. You would be sharing with myself and my 21 yr old son. I work full time and we are both very respectful people.
