Double room to rent, clean and newly decorated.

Double room in warm and friendly home. Looking for someone to share with me, my son and our lodger. We are all very respectful, clean and tidy and laid back. My son has converted our garage into a room and is now living in there. So it his old room that is available. We keep chickens and ducks and grow our own veg.. so there is a constant supply of fresh eggs and vegetables. The living room is rarely used so this would be available to yourself.. which has a large tv, open fire and Freeview box. Freeview box is also available in the bedroom. Wifi throughout the house.
