I have a double room to let in my two bedroom detached house. The house is in a quiet close and a few minutes walk from the local pubs. The train station is a 10 - 15 minute walk with links to Liverpool Street and Cambridge. I have a 5 year old black Labrador so must like dogs. The rent is reduced as I often work late and would like the tenant to help with feeding the dog and letting him out in the garden please.
