This is a double room in a friendly, peaceful household where there are already two other professional ladies. I am ideally looking for a female tenant to retain the balance and character of the house but the right type of guy would be considered.

- guanteed use of the private driveway

- TV/DVD player in room with Freeview
- The room has a bed, drawers, and wardrobe space. Lounge has sofa bed desk and TV stand.

Working tenants only please although students with part-time jobs would be considered. No couples please, no DSS.

Employment status and credit check will be required and your deposit will be held in the government protected scheme (TDS), as is legally required (beware landlords who do not do this).

Deposit and a month’s rent in advance due on move-in day. Rent to be paid monthly by Standing Order. £15 fee to protect your deposit. £30 fee for tenant check.

The existing tenant is leaving due to a job change. She is flexible about moving out early if someone wants the room quickly. Please contact me to discuss options.
