Double Room in clean, friendly family home.

We have a double room to rent in Halstead.

We are a young family, husband wife and four year old boy.

We can offer a double room; this is currently furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers.

You will have use of the family bathroom, which has bath and shower (Occupied between 18: 30 and 19: 00 each night) use cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washing machine.

Broadband, off road parking, small courtyard back garden for smoking in (there is vehemently no smoking in the house at any time)

We are a usual young family with usual noise levels when The Boy is awake, after that we are pretty quiet. The boy gets up at eight am and goes to sleep at seven pm, sleeps all night so you shouldn't be disturbed.

We have a modern and friendly home, TV, xbox, media system and such. We have no objections to be joined for a movie or boardgames!

We require deposit and then the rent to be paid month ahead. We are also aware that sometimes things can be hard and are willing to discuss lack of deposit and such, we may be able to help.

We would consider a couple, however, there is only ONE parking space so additional vehicles would need to be parked in a side road or such.
I ask for £600pcm for a couple and also a £400 deposit.
