I have a large double room in Harlow for rent. The room is in a 2 bedroomed flat within easy walking distance of the town centre, hospital, train station and sports centre. Parking available for one vehicle.
The room will be furnished with a chest of drawers, wardrobe and quality double bed. Other requirements will be considered. The room also has a Virgin tv box connected to a small lcd tv; feel free to connect it to your own tv if you want.
The flat has a good size bathroom with bath and electric shower, a large fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and a comfortable lounge with Juliet balcony (great when the sun is out!).
All bills except telephone are included. Broadband is available.
Would consider Monday to Friday let.
All I ask for in a flat mate is a normal, considerate, easy going non smoker.
