The large beautiful garden is shared with and looked after by the owner . Fully furnished and all white goods, wi fi and utility bills included in the price of £125 pw all utility bills included plus wi fi. A deposit REFUNDABLE on vacation of property subject to no breakages notice given on either side

Location: 5 mins from the town centre and 12 mins walk from train station. Off the road parking and shopping centre around the corner.

The house sits in a private driveway , which has off street parking with a space for each tenant(permit parking outside so you would have to obtain parking permits from the town hall approximately 50p per day, for any visitors you have, as when fully occupied the places are for tenants and myself only)I live in the house next door , so am on hand for any problem solving.

Very close to town centre, hospital, train station and local bus routes. 5 mins to A414 and mins 10 to M11.
