Hi,
I live in Harold Wood in a 2 bedroomed top floor maisonette. I'm friendly, bubbly, genuine and out-going. I'm looking for someone who is friendly, willing to do their share of housework and who I can have good times with.
The flat is located within 5 min walk from local train station, shops and amenities, and within a nice local area.
The room for rent has a single bed (could fit a double), built in wardrobes (plenty of storage space), chest of drawers and central heating.
There is also plenty of storage space within the loft!
The kitchen is spacious, as is the bathroom which is modern and only re-decorated last year. The lounge / dining are is spacious, modern and comfortable, I have Wifi internet & free-view Tv.
