A double room is to let in a two storey house in a quieter neighbourhood in Harold Hill. We are a friendly couple with our 1 gentle friendly cats . Love socialising , making friends and listening to good music. We want to keep the house clean so that after the day's work we have a nice place to come back to , we are non-smokers , so no smoking inside the house please . The house is near all bus stops going to Stratford, Romford , Harold hill, Gidea park etc. Harold wood station is the walking distance. Suits a professional or a working individual in Friendly environment with all modern amenities like free unlimited wifi, washing machine, microwave , electric cooker, oven etc.
One month's deposit ( refundable during the time of leaving at a month's notice) and one month's rent.
