Large detached 4 bed house and garden in quiet street. A total of 3 lodgers sharing during the week. I work away and only come home at the weekend. Not a party house but a relaxed comfortable real home with full central heating, double glazing, large comfy lounge with leather sofas and open fire. Full Sky+ TV package until 2013, then Freeview. Wi-fi throughout the house. Separate dining room/study, ideal if you occasionally need a quiet space to work. All mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier etc. Off-street parking. No smoking throughout house and garden. Shared cleaning.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac within a picturesque village of Heybridge Basin (postcode CM9) within easy walking distance of 2 local pubs. Limited bus service to Maldon and Chelmsford.
