In addition to being conveniently located in Zone 6 with both rail and underground facilities nearby (the closest station being a 10-15 minute walk where rail trains travel directly into Liverpool Street), it is also within walking distance of various amenities such as pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

I am seeking a tenant who a) works in a professional occupation; b) pays rent promptly; c) is between 25 – 37 years of age; d) a non-smoker; e) clean & tidy and f) also likes animals as this home is the residence of two clean & well behaved cats...!

I am a working professional female aged 31 years old and will be your live in landlord. My home will also be your home so I am ideally looking to find a tenant who is easy to get along with (very much like myself!), shares a zest for life & isn’t opposed to sharing the odd glass of wine or two.

If you think you tick all of these boxes then viewings are welcome in the evenings / weekends only by prior arrangement and genuine references will be required should your application be successful.

Price is £550 per month (to be paid in advance in addition to a £550 deposit) and inclusive of bills (Council Tax, Electricity, Gas, Water, TV Licence & Internet). DSS will not be accepted and agencies need not apply. Please note that couples will be accepted however only on a rental increase of £850 per month with a deposit of the same amount.
