Lovely house, great location !

OK, I have a double room to rent, nice rooom in a quiet house in a very quiet road. All bills included and use to all of the house, study, garden and garage etc.

Light and airy double bedroom with double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, chest of drwaers and large mirror. .

I'm an easy going guy and looking for someone to share with that respcts each others privacy but also would like to share a meal and a glass of wine now and then.

I'm only 7 minute walk from Upminster Bridge station which is on the District Line and close to Upminster station which is the C2C line to Fenchurch Street. There are also great transport links to lakeside and Romford.

There are loads of great shops, bars and places to eat within walking distance at Upminster and Hornchurch. We also have a theatre if that's your interest.

All bills and council tax are included plus broadband.

I've expressed a preference for a female house mate, as in experience they're generally more considerate, cleaner and tidier.

Even though I have set a minimum and maximum age I am very flexible depending on the person.
