The room is spacious and airy, with a sink and a large built-in wardrobe. It was recently repainted and is very clean and bright.

It's at the back of the house and overlooks the garden, so there's no traffic noise.

I bought brand new furniture (bed, standing mirror and shelving unit) in September, and can sell it cheaply to the next tenant if needed. Otherwise room comes unfurnished.

The house is very comfortable, with a large kitchen and living room, bathroom and two toilets. There is a big back garden and parking available at the front.

A month's rent is required as deposit.

Quick and convenient transport links to Romford, Stratford and Liverpool Street from Gidea Park Station.

Tesco Metro is a less than 5 minute walk away; 10 minute drive to large Tesco.

Three remaining housemates are young professionals working in the area.
