We have a double room to rent in our spacious home. the tenant will have access to a large living area with sky tv, kitchen/ dinning room, utility room, off street parking and internet. the bedroom doesn't have an en suit but you will have your own bathroom with bath and shower.
we do have a pet dog, he is well trained and friendly. our dog does not go upstairs in the property. the house is kept very clean and tidy.
we do have a patio area in the garden with seating area and BBQ.
we are close to local shops, have a regular bus route and only 10 min drive to Rayleigh station.
