The room will come with a double bed, a sliding mirror wardrobe, a book shelf, a desk and a chair. The rent is inclusive of all bills: gas, electricity, water, sewerage, council tax and broadband. However, there is £150 admin fee applicable. There's a lounge area with 2 sofas and a TV. Fully fitted kitchen. And also a huge garden at the back.
