3rd Flatmate wanted..
Hello!
We are two young professionals, both in our twenties who work in Rochford who are looking for a third person to join us in forming a flat share around the Southend Area in early October time.
We’re both sociable and friendly, we enjoy going out to places like the cinema, the occasional drink in the evenings etc. As far as a flatmate goes we are looking for all of the usual things, friendly, tidy, not too noisy etc.
Key facts:
The estimated price range we are looking at is from £ 600 to around £1000pcm all together not inclusive of bills. Average rent per room is likely to be between £250 to £350.
Ideally we are looking for a flatmate who wants to stay for longer than a couple of months.
