Very large double room , central Leigh on sea

Hi ,
We currently have a 3 bedroom flat in Leigh on sea with our son who is 4.

I work 3 days a week at a local hotel, and my partner is a chef who works 5 days a week long hours .

Our son is very well behaved and has a good bed time routine

Are looking to rent our upstairs loft conversion which is a large clean clear space.

The room is ideal for a double bed, furniture and has a lot of space for a desk or anything you would need from renting a room.

Full use of wi-fi and flat including use of garden, kitchen, bathroom & lounge

The room is a very large room and does have a double bed and mattress. Also has a chest of draws and a wardrobe .
If you have your own bed and furniture then we will just get rid of the stuff in there that's not a problem.

Someone polite and kind would be ideal who is understanding of our family routine.

Room is 500 a months in advance.

Close to Leigh broadway, just down from north street school and round the corner from Sarah Moore (if that gives you an idea of where we are )

20 minute walk to Leigh train station.

Would also need reference of previous address / current employment.
