Rent is fully inclusive of all bills, excluding phone. Free Wi-Fi. We are a 5 min bus ride to central line tube which takes you straight to Stratford station, no changes, 8 stops (close to either Debden or Loughton). Good size double room at back of house, overlooking garden. Room is fully furnished with double bed, dressing table and bedside tables. House is on a hill in lovely part of Loughton backing onto forest. Please note this is not a house share, you will be renting a room in our home and sharing kitchen (use of own fridge/ share of freezer) and luxury bathroom. Happy to answer any questions.
