Its a 2 bed, 2 bath river view apartment in Purfleet and a 4-5 minutes walk to Purfleet station and so to the NHS surgury and other local amenities. Currently occupied by a married couple, a man and a women, ages 23 and 33 respectively, occupying the other room. So ideally you will be sharing a large flat with 2 married people only with own private room and bath.
We prefer someone single and who is quite and clean and like living in a friendly environment.

Purfleet has C2C station that takes you to London Fenchurch Street Station in under 25 minutes and on the way you have connections of Rainham, Barking, West Ham, Lime House and so on. The next stop on the other side is Grays that takes 6 minutes to reach. The area is within 5-10 minutes drive to Lakeside Shopping Centre.
