Vacant room for 1 person in Rainham

Hello!
We are family house in Rainham village.
People here nice, decent, respectful, clean, and friendly. All area non-smoking.
From May we are looking for a new house-mate.
Your room is the largest bedroom in the house, upstairs, facing the street.
Inside there is a double-bed, 2 wadrobes, a picture of sea, floor is carpeted.
There are large windows for plenty of light, fully curtained.
In the house there is a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. There is a back garden, too. No shared living room.
Fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, washing mashine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, indoor electric clothes drier, vacuum cleaner.
No pets allowed.
The rent is 400 per month, required in advance for each calendar month. Plus securty deposit 400, which You get back when moving out.
Please note, the stay will be temporary, limited to maximum 3 months.
