Short term let only, the rooms must be vacated before the new year! The price is updated weekly to reflect amount of time can be rented for!

A very nice detached house close to town and railway station (Liverpool street line). Nice friendly household. It has a shared kitchen and lounge area and bathroom with power shower, and an extra toilet and basin downstairs, conservatory leading to large garden and a large shared driveway. plenty of fridge/freezer's and cupboards, washing machine, large gas cooker, microwave etc.


Smokers are welcome but smoking is in conservatory or outside only!

I can’t seem to change where it says I’m a former flat mate and looking for a replacement. I am a former housemate but I just help out the landlord with the advert and running of the house as he lives abroad.

Deposit will be required to hold a room and take advert down. Full payment plus deposit will need to be made before you start to move in.

En-suite room is available for 2 people but will be an extra £100!
