There's a south facing garden, which catches the sun. The apple tree, always gives a good crop, and neighbours blackberries which are within reach :-)

For those of you not familiar with Rayleigh, it has shops and Marks&Spencer supermarket. There are various other supermarkets nearby too (Sainsburys, Lidl, Asda).

The town has friendly pubs, bars and restaurants. It's a nice place to be, and all within walking distance.

Several gyms, lots of places to go cycling.
And for walks Hockley Woods is not far away
