I now have 1 double bedroom to let in a large 4 bedroom house which is a 10-minute walk from Newbury Park station.

Newbury Park has excellent transport links into the city. It is a 15-minute journey to Stratford and only a 25 minutes into Liverpool Street.

Located off the A12 you are also ideally placed to travel further into Essex whilst still having easy access to the city.

It is also only a 5 min bus journey away from the nearby King George Hospital.

The house is a modern detached property on a quiet residential street. It is fully furnished with a newly refurbished bathroom and a separate downstairs toilet. It has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and a large american fridge/freezer. There is a communal living room with a TV and 3 comfy sofas. The house also has a back garden which is ideal for BBQs, weather permitting of course! There is a large Sainsburys close to the station and many restaurants in nearby Gants Hill.

We are also a short walk from open countryside and a large nature reserve so you really do have the best of both worlds!

The rent quoted for each room is per calendar month and includes all bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, fibre optic broadband and TV licence).
