I have 1 large double to rent furnished. The house has two bathrooms a large reception and a large kitchen dining room and has been fully renovated recently. Nice and clean!!

I'm quite laid back as a landlord and haven't had issues with previous tenants. I'm a teacher by profession. I have a cat who is quite timid and keeps himself to himself and also a three year old who has now finished with his nightly tantrums etc so a peaceful and friendly household!!

Romford station is a fifteen minute walk away as is Queens hospital and the town centre. From romford the trains into London Liverpool street are about 20mins and about 13 mins into stratford. Zone six on London Underground and you can also go further into essex via train from Romford station.

Fibre optic broad band, off street parking available, washing machine and sky tv points in the rooms.
