Dog friendly Room to Rent in Romford

Large room to rent near to Queens Hospital Approx 15 by 15 feet. Pets welcome as long as they get on with my large amiable dogs. 10 minute walk to Romford station. It's then 25 minutes to Liverpool Street station. Tesco's is 5 minutes walk. Two Parks nearby. Large garden and use of all facilities such as washing machine, deep freeze, fridge, microwave, shower, bath etc. It's 10 minutes drive to several large country parks. Treat the place as your home and use the living room as yours as well as mine
The broadband is 60 mbs so fill your boots.
Off road parking. All bills inc. NON SMOKERS only as I am allergic to cigarette smoke. I really mean this as the last two people thought the patio was a smoking shelter! If you have a dog I am quite willing to walk it with mine so it won't be bored all day. I'm much more likely to reply if you let me know a bit about yourself rather than one line of textspeak. Please note I may be moving at the end of February 2016 but this is not certain.
