I am looking for a professional/working female person to share my 3bed semi-detached house with. It has to be someone who has a tidy nature as well as being responsible and considerate.
My house is situated in a lovely road, 2min walk to Shell petrol Station and 5 min walk to the nearest parade of shops. Also 3-5 min walk to the nearest bus stops. Takes about 7-10min by bus to Romford station, which takes you to main stations Stratford and London Liverpool Street Station among other stations.
Rent will be paid on the last calendar day of each month. (all bills included). Also, a deposit of £600 is required upon moving in. 1 month notice should be given if lodger wants to move out.
