We have a spacious and bright studio room to rent in Romford situated opposite a beautiful country park. The room has a fully equipped kitchenette, a big wardrobe, single or double bed (depending on preference). The bathroom is next door and has a bath and shower. There is shared use of a washing machine.
There is parking available on the drive for your car if you have one.
Ours is a quiet household in a peaceful part of town outside of the main hustle and bustle of Romford town centre (but only ten mins away).
We have a cat who you will rarely see and a dog who you probably will see but wont come near your living space.
We are looking for a mature independent person who wishes to treat their living space as their own. We place no restrictions on friends/partners/pets... we are very easy going and respectful and expect the same from any tenant.
