A double furnished room available in a 3 bedroom house in Collier Row. We are looking for a female who works full time. We are live in landlords, lovely and friendly couple with a 8month old baby. We are a busy household who enjoys peace and quiet when we come home. Wi-Fi is available. Living room is not available. Kitchen available for use. We have a clean as you go policy at home.
Romford is the nearest town which is 10 minutes away by bus. Nearest bus stop is 2 minutes walk away. There are 5 different buses that can get you into Romford town. A beautiful and quiet neighbourhood.
If you are a working female looking for comfort and your own space in a quiet house .... this is it. My previous two tenants stayed with us for years at a time. They didn't want to leave us but unfortunately circumstances have changed for each of them. We offer a cosy, loving, quiet and trusted home. We have a Maltese terrier, who is 5urs old, very friendly and always want a cuddle and cosy up to. He is hyperallegenic , which means he doesn't molt fur.
