I have a large single room for rent in my house in Romford.

Currently furnished with a single bed but could easily fit a double bed if needed.

Built in wardrobe with lots of storage space. The room has been recently decorated along with the rest of the house.

The room is south facing and overlooks the garden.

The house is originally a 4 bedroom terraced property, currently only 3 rooms are used as bedrooms, the 4th being used as a study room. There is a very large living room with sofa & chairs, TV and soon to arrive a dining table.

There is a recently fitted bathroom with power shower, large recently fitted kitchen with all appliances including a large fridge and seperate, very large freezer.

There is a big garden and 2 sheds for extra storage if necessary as well as a large loft.

The property has been recently decorated and is in very good condition. It's very warm and has double glazing throughout. It will make a lovely home for whoever moves in with us.

House is 20 mins walk from Harold Wood station, alternatively busses go regularly and take about 10 minutes.

You will be sharing with the landlord - a friendly professional male aged 27 and another professional male tennant, equally as friendly and accomodating aged 30. We are both very tidy, welcoming and sociable.

Both females and males are welcome. Current occupants are very welcoming and easy going.

Professional tennants only.

Stricly no DSS or unemployed persons.

I cannot accomodate anyone who works from home, smokes, or has pets. No live in partners please but I have no aversion to partners who stay a night or two per week.

Rent is inclusive of all bills.
