We would like to share our 2 bedroom flat with one or two persons.
About the flat: very clean and tidy, after refurbishment, living room, bathroom and separate shower, carpets and wooden floor, own rear garden, free parking, internet, entry phone system, easy access to A12, 10 min. by bus to Newbury Park Station(Central Line) or Chadwell Heath train Station.
About as: we are family of two, working full time and studying. We like to keep the property clean and tidy and would expect our flatmates to have the same attitude.
