Large King Size in the center of Romford

I have a room in the RM1 area, at the center of the Romford Mall/Mercury and Liberty shopping center.

There is balcony if you smoke or if you just want the sun & view. Broadband internet access, washing machine, furnished room with a king size bed; desk and chair, large wardrobe and window.

The train station is close; 8 minute walk; with fast trains into Stratford; London Liverpool Street. Stratford can be done in 7 minutes flat on a fast train. The fast trains come twice a hour. The Asda shopping centre is downstairs. Open from 7am to 10 pm daily, a local Tesco Metro around the corner is open up until midnight.

A local Vue cinema, cafe, restaurants, the common high street shopping brands are in the local liberty shopping center below the apartments and alongside the Mercury shopping center. You will walk through the shopping center on the way to the station.

There is a local park which is a 7 minutes walk or 4 minute run for exercise!

I'm responsible and do my part with cleaning and all, I keep the place as tidy as often as possible. I'm not strict, or have special rules or anything; but I do ask; please help by keeping carpets stain free and sinks unblocked; these issues build up in time. I do appreciate we all get busy.

I work afternoons into the evenings and on a typical busy working week I'll be in very late.

I'm peaceful, not loud, very down to earth, crack a joke; go out my way to make you feel at home. In a typical month for the most part you are likely not going to see me during the working week often or early evening.

Currently 10am-12pm are available times to view weekdays, Saturday 12pm-4pm and Sunday afternoon free. Security deposit covers replacement keys; which are time consuming to replace; especially if I'm at work; try not to lose your keys please! Maximum stay can be discussed; I am open until Xmas at least and perhaps after.
