I have a small single room to let in my 3 bedroom home which I currently share with my son and my 2 cats. Convenient for Chesterford Research Park & the Gnome Campus. We are a friendly easy going household with only a 20 minute walk to the centre of town. Leisure centre is 5 minutes walk away. Off road parking is also included.
We have a very nice conservatory and garden with patio set.
All bills and broadband included except for food.
If you are working or studying in Cambridge please note I am 11 miles away. There is a station, Audley End, which is roughly a 10 minute drive. The journey to Cambridge is only 10 minutes by train. There is no deposit to pay but the rent would be required in advance.
