Double bedroom to rent in Shoebury

Furnished double bedroom to rent (double bed, wardrobe, draws, bedside cabinets and TV with freeview included). All bills are included except for telephone.

The property has a shared bathroom with shower and a garden to use. There is Sky and broadband at the property, however, Sky is only available in the living room.

I'm situated near an Asda's superstore, with local bus route close by and train station a 5 minute drive away.

There is a private carpark at the side of the house which I share with 1 other neighbour only with security lights.

I'm easy to get on with, professional person and seek someone with similar qualities. Unfortunately, I do not accept DSS or couples as the house is a little small. I am happy to accept anyone who is looking to stay in the property on a Monday-Friday basis as well.

Please be aware I do own a cat, however, he is very friendly and usually out or asleep on my bed.
