I'm Looking for a professional working female, to move in to a double room, in a lovely two bedroom house, in shoebury, near asda shopping centre, and bus stops. I have two cats so am looking for someone who doesn't mind cats being around, but unfortunately because of my cats I can't accept any other pets. I don't mind a smoker that will be happy to smoke in the garden but not in the house. Bedroom has a TV cable if u wish to have ur own tv in your room. Room Is fully furnished with a brand new double bed and mattress. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, and someone who can respect each other's space. This is a relaxed and chilled house.
