Double room to let in South Green area of Billericay, sharing with myself, a professional male, 38, and my 5yr old son (half of the time). I'm easy-going, relaxed and uncomplicated to live with, I think! I work 2mins up the road and am out quite a bit.

The room is at the rear of the house, looking over the garden, with two other bedrooms and a communal bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there is a large lounge, conservatory (currently being refurbed but housing a dining room table and chairs), downstairs toilet and good sized kitchen.

Off road parking for one car; rear garden; quiet cul-de-sac road 2min walk from the local shops and petrol station. Also only 5min walk from Mill Meadows and 15min walk into Billericay.

Fibre-optic broadband available and Sky TV enabled point in bedroom - no multiroom though, unless tenant wishes to pay for it.

Rental is £85. 00 per week, payable as £370. 00 monthly (1 month deposit plus 1 month rent in advance), inclusive of all bills except for telephone landline which can be paid separately if used.

There's a friendly pet cat in the house so no other pets, sorry!
