Nice clean Double room in 2 bed flat.

Looking to rent my spare room to working professional. very clean room in very clean flat. Reasonable size double room with double bed, wardrobe and draws. (lots of storage space in the loft if needed.)Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
I would ideally like someone who is respectful of other peoples property as I like to keep my place in a nice condition. Fear not I am not a crazy neat freak.
I have a 6 year old daughter who stays with me on a friday and saturday. this sometimes rolls over to the sunday as well. she is a very well behaved little girl and very respectful of other people. I normally spend the friday in with her and take her out saturday.
I have quite a social life style and spend most of my spare time either at the gym or on nights out. Would prefer somebody on standard 9-5 working hours rather than a shift patern.
Train station and shops a short walk away. Virgin TV and wi-fi internet available. Flat situated in nice quiet close and are of a modern style build.
