We have a spare large room in our house in the lovely neighborhood of Brandon Groves.

This room has two built-in double wardrobes, comfy double bed, desk and a shelf.
Other things to note:
All the bills are included (including the internet). There are:
(i) a separate living room with a sofa, dining table and TV
(ii) a separate kitchenette
(iii) a family bathroom upstairs with bath and shower as well as a toilet downstairs.
All the kitchen equipment is here for you to use too.
There is a patio and a garden for everyone’s use.
Free street parking available.
We are also professionals who enjoy food, peace and quiet when we get home after work with occasional dinners, drinks or parties for special occasions (Halloween, birthdays, New Year and of course welcoming a new house mate).
We are a good friendly bunch of people who trust and respect each other and we are looking for someone similar to join us to live in our home.
We are looking for someone respectful, trustworthy, reliable and clean. There is no cleaner, therefore we operate on cleaning rota basis where everyone has to contribute.
Brandon Grove is a quiet, family neighbourhood. There is a lot of green area, tennis court and a pitch. We live 13min walk to Ockendon train station which will take you in 30min to London Fenchurch street. It is about 10 min drive to Lakeside. You can catch a bus to Lakeside (15min) or Romford (25min). M25 and A13 are also in very short distance from here.
It is not first come, first serve as we are looking for a good fit to join our home.
